I joined this forum not long ago after deciding to use RPG Maker VX Ace to make my next video game.  So far it's been mostly documentation, like story, backstories, event progression, etc.  Though I now have the 10 main characters (5 heroes 5 villains) in sprite form and I thought I'd introduce them to you.  I'm not really artistic in any way so it was tough even doing some of these but I must power through! 




Name:  Kyo

Age: 17

Class: Combat mage (Mix of ranged spells (Wind) and close quarters weapon combat)

Weapons: Dual short swords

Appearance:  Black hair, messy in front, tied up in the back.  Wears a grey hoodie and black shorts.

Personality: He cherishes his friend sand family, though his obsession with fiding his godfather can mess with his judgement at times.  He's rather sacastic.  Usually open to helping others.



Name: Marsh

Age: 16

Class: Cleric (Healing, Bariers, Wards, etc)

Weapons: N/A

Appearance:  Dangling blonde hair and green eyes.  He wears a white robe which is traditional for Clerics, who all belong to the same Order.

Personality:  Marsh has a more proper way of speaking.  As a Cleric he finds it his duty to help those in need, especially Kyo who he deems helpless on his own.  He often wonders if he does enough good, if he can erase the bad from his past.



Name: Krysta

Age: 18

Class: Artillary Mage (Ranged Spells (Fire and Ice))

Weapons: N/A

Appearance: Blue eyes and a long black ponytail.  Wears short blue shorts and an Off Shoulder Top

Personality: Krysta seeks out danger, excitement and thrills.  She is always willing to jump head first into a fight.  Even towards those she cares about she can be a bit of a hardass, being very blunt and sometimes rude.



Name: Rosette

Age: 10

Class: Summoner

Weapons: N/A

Appearance: Red Eyes, specific to those with the goft of summoning.  She has blonde with a flower in it, wearing a yellow tanktop and a white skirt with pink flowers on it

Personality:  Rosette is a sweet and loving girl, despite having received such feelings by few in her past.  She is always willing to help others, and very much wnats to learn more about the ways of Summoning.  She clings very tightly to Roland, who is in every way her father except biological.



Name: Roland

Age: 35

Class: Battle Mage (Specificallyusing magic for close quarters weapons combat)

Weapon: Broadsword

Appearance: Styled brown hair, wearing a brown trenchcoat with a white shirt and blue pants underneath.

Personality:  Roland is well traveled, having been alla round the world in his early days.  He's often the source of information for the party.  He has raised Rosette since finding her, and his top priority will always be her safety.





Name: Sybilla

Age: 28

Class: Affliction Mage (Pain, Illness, Poison, etc)

Weapons: N/A

Appearance: Long red hair and green eyes, wears a red t-shirt and blue pants

Personality: Look up psychotic in the dictionary and there will be her picture.  She often has a deranged grin on her face.  She delights in nothing more than causing pain, suffering and death, the screams of her victims music to her ears.



Name: Blanque

Age: Unknown

Class: Necromancer

Weapons: N/A

Appearance: Always kept hidden under a hood and black hoodie with black pants

Personality: Not much is known about him other than his facination with death and undeath.  When he does speak it's always in a single word to express a feeling or thought.  He often uses the risen corpses of humans and Ferals (monsters) alike to aid him in battle.



Name: Raff

Age: 42

Class: Warrior

Weapon: Battleaxe

Appearance: He has spikey black hair and a full beard and mustache.  He is always clad in armor made of special material.

Personality:  Despite being one of the villains he seems to be a more cheerful fellow, often letting out a bellowing laugh.  He loves a good challenge and fight.  Though being one of the few people in the world who fights while he can't use magic, he makes up for it with his raw power, and armor made of a very rare mineral that deeply weaksn any magic used against him.



Name: Aldin

Age: 45

Class: Enchanter (Illusions, Status Effects)

Weapon: N/A

Appearance: Short spikey red hair, green eyes.  Wears a white vest with a black shirt underneath and red pants

Personality:  Aldin was a loving godfather and best friend to Kyo since his parents died 7 years ago.  Until he suddenly stole a precious item from their town and fled.  After this event he hasn't spoken much, simply obeying his orders from his master.



Name: Zeshin

Age: 54

Class: Nature Mage

Weapon: N/A

Appearance: Long black hair and piercing black eyes.  He wears a suit with a green tie.

Personality:  Calm and calculating, he is the master of the other villains, using them for his grand scheme.  He can control nature in various ways, including the ability to control the minds of Ferals (monsters) of all types which can make him a very dangerous enemy.
