On February 1st 2016, we said goodbye to the Member+ subscriber program.


All recurring subscriptions were cancelled on January 29th. We also issued refunds for the subscriptions that were active at the time, as well as subscriptions that were newly started in January 2016. Please check your PayPal account for your refund.

Thanks, Lunarea! I saw the recurring subscription was automatically canceled on my PayPal account on Jan 28, but I haven't received any refund for the unused months. I paid for 12 months on July 5, 2015, so I would have expected to see half of it refunded.

Edit: More important for me than the refund is the transfer of my resources from the forum store to my account at the main store!

Wow I was literally just about to buy the subscription and was wondering where it had gone. Will there be something else to take it's place, or will just be supporting the sites with resource packs?

The refund process was automated, so it might take a while to reach everyone. If it doesn't, it will have to be done manually, but we will take care of it. :)

More important for me than the refund is the transfer of my resources from the forum store to my account at the main store!
No ETA on this yet, but we're definitely treating it as high priority!

Will there be something else to take it's place, or will just be supporting the sites with resource packs?
There may be something eventually. For now, the best way to support the site and the artists is to get their resource packs. :)

Sadly haven't received any refund either, nor any mention of an automatic cancellation of my subscription.

I got the email that it was canceled back in late January, no sign of the refund yet.

Check the PayPal log - in several other cases a refund by paypal (for example when an ebay auction resulted in a defective part) the refund was directly passed through paypal to the source of the money (for example a credit card) - the money never appeared in PayPal but was on the card again.


But in all those cases, the transaction log showed that process in paypal, you have to check the full log instead of only the overview and balance.

I usually don't have many refunds, I had one in 2015 from Disney Store and one in 2016 from my Domain Provider so far and both landed on my Paypal Account and stayed there. But to be safe I went through the Paypal transaction log of 2015 to identify the source from where I've payed members+ which was my Visa Card and checked the transaction logs there as well and to leave nothing out, I've also checked the transactions of my Debit Card.


I am sorry that these things have become so complicated...

Checked the log but there's nothing there, nothing on PayPal nothing on my bank account. I would've noticed it on my balance, anyway.

so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. :kaojoy:

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
