Menu blur?

Hey guys and gals, there's something that has really been bugging me recently. It's the blur that appears in the background of the menus. I am making a lower resolution game, and I think that the blur just kinda takes a little bit of that feeling away. I will be posting a screenshot down below. Does anyone know how to remove this through the script editor or whatever?
