RMMV Menu like the sim 1

Is there a plugin that shows the menu like the sim 1 when players click object or NPC?

anyway....
I have seen this kind as choices option to look like that, so it is possible,
it was in a game that Zevia made, but you cannot use that one.

I dont know if there is a plugin out there what can do this though D:

the only thing I can think of is either event it (relative easy) or a plugin
to set up choices for smoothness
