Many dialogue-heavy games have messages, or message boxes, that scroll up the screen as new message boxes appear. The benefit of this is that a player can easily read what the previous few messages were, to follow the conversation better. I haven't been able to find an existing plugin that might provide this feature and I would truly love to have the convos in my game follow this style.
Specifically: a normal message box appears in its usual place at the bottom. Then, when the next message box appears, the first box, rather than disappearing, scrolls up a little bit. Then each subsequent message box pushes the conversation up. When the conversation is over, all the boxes dissapear.
The Yanfly Message Backlog plugin is the closest I can find but it doesn't provide this functionality.
Does anyone know of some well-hidden plugin that does this, or might it be interesting enough for someone to invest their precious time into?
