I would like to see something like this for RPG Maker MV. 

It is really useful for "On Map Battle Systems" or just for a NPC which shouts something to the player.

DTextPicture do this for me , make text with bitmap and allow player move.
But if you found one with message box, tanks for share, is can be usefull

Didn't yanfly make something sorta like that:

just spitter spatters out whatever you need with no need for button pressing, kinda like a "notification" of sorts, but very modifiable.
