★ Add - Compatibility with TDDP_BindPicturesToMap.

This only adds compatibility with TDDP BindPicturesToMap, I thought of adding more but I'm not quite sure what more could be needed at this point? :x

I'll try to make a handful more cursors maybe over the weekend! :D

@ShadowDragon I apologize I did not get to the pickup/throw plugin today, but I will 100% certian, address this plugin tomorrow!

No rush, RL comes first =)

btw, own code that is mostly readable by you makes it unique, that way,
it's harder to steal codes so everyone reconize the way it's coded and
by who ^^ ES6 is something I dont understand as well, it's shorter, so
I do it ES5 way and plain easy so I can understand myself.

but when I got time here, maybe I create a few cursors too.
between single and idk how many frames can be used. as a gift
to you for the amazing plugins you made.

I dont know if you can set range to be clicked , like event 2, 4 range,
so if actor is 4 range of it, it can be clicked, if further, no change of mouse.
not sure if that is already doable or not, but I might use this plugin as well
(free version) if it can change mouse (I dont need animated one), but
I can make it fit my custom menu.

take all the time you need, and I hope things in RL can be settled down
for you, so you can do your hobby again ^^

Edit: Please disregard the last capability issue report, apparently updating the plugin to the latest not-plus version fixed it. I will test it again tomorrow.

Capability issue with Olivia State tooltip display is still not fixed. I am willing sponsor a copy if that can get them fixed :)

Mouse picture does not change hovering other window elements, like cursor changing to touching icon on "items", "equipment", "start new game" indicating that mouse is over active window item etc?
Just like it changes hovering over events.

I noticed one minor issue. Sometimes when passing over several events that all have the same cursor type, it will flicker back to the default one for a fraction of a second, when the mouse is just on the line between two events. Any chance there's a fix to this?
