Miniminize player

I got an event where player eat a mushroom that make im monimize.
Basicly, player just got smaller. Any idea on to achieve this?

Change the apparence of the hero with a smaller version of it. Unless it changes the gameplay somehow?

Basicly smaller player can walk on water and enter some small area, everything handle by event.
But I dont want to use smaller version of player bcause it's can happen with any party member.
As I got difficulty already with the limit of 1000 character, maker a small version of each of them will take forever.
Im sure it's can be done by some script call.
