Missing functions for input-methods

Primarily Uses
Is there any possibility to deactivate the keyoard input or the mouse input? I can't find anything related to changing the input-methods, is there anything like a simple script-call for that?

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
