Missing Sideview Actors

Hello MZ forum. I've decided to upgrade to RMMZ for my project, primarily because I wanted to use its RTP, but the sideview for actors 3_1, 3_2, 3_3, and 3_4 seem to be missing, and I want to use at least two of them. I couldn't find a thread with a basic search that solves this issue, so any insight to where I can find them would be appreciated!

While they're omitted from the RTP itself, some people have been filling in the gaps.

And if you browse this thread, I believe there was an effort to catalogue other such missing parts, too!
