I didn't realize I shouldn't have installed the dlc and base resources and plugins into the core MV folder. Now I don't know what to delete. Any suggestions?

Everything under js/plugins should be the preorder plugins I believe, along with a couple of alternative scenes.

It's not hurting anything.

Are you saying you put them into the NewData folder where MV is installed, or into your project?

If the first, it just means they will also be copied to any new project, and you will need to include them when you're removing stuff you don't want.  If the latter, you'll just need to remove what you don't specifically want in your project.

If it bothers you, you can just delete the whole MV folder and reinstall.

If you have installed MV via steam, you can safely delete the entire NewData folder, and then have steam verify that all the files for the software are downloaded properly. This will fail on the NewData folder because it will be missing. Steam will then redownload a clean copy of that folder to your installation, effectively resetting it back to a clean state.

In order to verify that all files for an installation are ok with steam, go to your steam library, locate the game or software you want to check, right click it, and select properties. A new window will open up. In this new window, select the "Local Files" tab, and hen the 3rd or so button down will be "Verify the integrity of the application cache", or similar wording. Press this button, and steam will check the installation to ensure nothing is corrupt, and it will automatically redownload anything that it deems is in a bad state.

If you don't have MV installed through steam, your only option is probably to uninstall and reinstall MV in order for the installer to restore the default folder.

Ya, I installed it in the NewData Folder. It was the non-Steam version. I just reinstalled to a new temp folder, deleted the NewData from the original and copied it from the temp install. Then I deleted the temp installed MV folder.

Everything seems to be working as should now.

Our latest feature is an interview with... me?!

People4_2 (Capelet off and on) added!

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
Can someone recommend some fun story-heavy RPGs to me? Coming up with good gameplay is a nightmare! I was thinking of making some gameplay platforming-based, but that doesn't work well in RPG form*. I also was thinking of removing battles, but that would be too much like OneShot. I don't even know how to make good puzzles!
one bad plugin combo later and one of my followers is moonwalking off the screen on his own... I didn't even more yet on the new map lol.
