Modern Algebra Quest Journal Item Number???

Hello,

I've been using Modern Algebra Quest Journal for a while and it works perfectly. However, only today I've noticed that
the icons which appear next to the Quest name are the icons in the state list (eg: 1 = death) instead of the icons in the items list (see attached screenshot).

I have a demo (Unofficial Quest Journal Demo) which explains how to use the script. Although there are only 3 items in the item list, the number used in the script are very high (see screenshot).

I know that I'm not supposed to use any zeros in the script but what number am I supposed to use to get the icons of the items in the item menu???

I really have no clue.
If you believe I might have some conflicting scripts here is the list of the scripts I'm using in this order:

Galv's Jump ability
Modern Algebra Quest Journal (of course)
TheoAllen - Fog of War
Yanfly - Parallax Block
Basic Enemy HP bars - by V.M of D.T

And that's it! I can't figure this one out. Can anyone help? Also, in the first screenshot there is just one quest as an example but the
problem is the same for all the quests; instead of showing items from the item lists, I get items from the condition list..

To find the icon of the item, go to the item, select the icon, and then see which number it says it is on the icon sheet. That's the number you use.

One thing to also note is if you change anything in the quest, but it already started in your save game, those changes will not be reflected in your save game, due to the fact that the quest script adds this info to your save file when you start the quest. You can fix that with a quick reset_quest() then reveal_objectives() command, or you can test it with a playthrough started with new game.

You both saved me: now it's working fine!

I actually haven't changed anything in the quest apart from the icon numbers but I'll keep that in mind! I will test it anyway though.

Believe or not I opened up the icon sheet in Gimp and I was MANUALLY counting the icons - which I then understood do not correspond to the ones in RPG Maker! - Hahahah :biggrin:. Then I looked at your screenshot again and realized you can see the number directly from the game item list... Thanks! That saved me a lot of work.

so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. :kaojoy:

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
