Modern Day tile set [ MUST BE FOR MV ]

I am looking for a couple of things, A modern day, non sci-fi (so no space buildings or futuristic buildings) tile set that includes houses, auto tiles (I mean water is water right, I can get that from any tile set) and roads.

Important aspects:

- Houses (Modern)
- Tall buildings, (Apartments, condos, sky scrapers)
- General modern buildings (I could use for shops, hospitals and so on)
- Lamps
- Roads (Two way and one way)
- Street Signs (and lights)

I was under the impression Celianna had a tile set like this in the works, any news on that if its true?​

Some of the above I am sure I can get from the futuristic tile sets

- White picket fences and general fences (for homes)​

For Other Tiles I am looking for animated cars and trucks

RTP style is much preferred as the game is made using RTP. If any of these exist in pieces please let me know

GrandmaDeb has some tiles for making suburban houses. Celianna did indeed come out with a set, Fantastic Buildings: Modern, that has the majority of what you are asking for. It's for Ace not MV though, so you'd need to resize it to make it work.

MV already contains a lot of what you want - although the tilesets are mixed for modern/SF, they can easily be used for creating modern only maps. There are several examples included as well - right-click the map list and load the map "downtown" for example to see how that can be done.
