Hello. I would like to request a slight modification of this plugin right here:
http://sumrndm.site/picture-choices/

I've searched for alternatives everywhere but unfortunately, I couldn't find any. I really need this and so, I'm posting this here in hope that someone will do help me with this.

Here's what the plugin's about:
It displays images instead of choices on the screen. It has a nice zooming in effect when highlighted and that's mainly what I like

The problem:
The problem is that the images aren't displayed as is. They are divided into grids. My image is already 1920x1080. Further dividing into grids make them sooo far apart from each other.

So if someone could just make it so that the images aren't arranged and are just displayed as is, I'd be very grateful.
Thank you.

What are you trying to accomplish? There might be an easier way.

I'm trying to make an image based menu. Sure, there are easier ways but this one is visually appealing. I wanted to ask for help before just rejecting it. I've made the whole menu screen on photoshop and there are layers named Inventory, Documents, Settings etc etc. (They're icons so when you choose them, you're taken to their respdctive screens) They're all 1920x1080 so I dont have to manually place them. This is where the problem is. The plugin offers no scope for customization of position. It works in a grid based way. If there are 2 pictures, it arranged then into 2 colums and 1 row. I mean, you can't choose how far apart the imahes should be or their x and y coordinates on the screen. It doesnt look good. I'm not asking for that much detail. It will be great if this whole grid row column stuff can be removed and the images could be just shown.

@Hyouryuu-Na most menues work in a grid-based way for a lot of reasons, and what you want is anything but simple to do.

the grid of pictures is there because the pictures will identify the buttons to press with their borders - having pictures in the same size of the screen and just having a different area of them defined as a button means that you have to tell the plugin in a new way as to what click on what position will get them to what screen.

Computers can't analyse pictures to find out for themselves which clicks where should do what (at least not without a lot of resources and processing - there is a reason why facial-recognition-software gets a lot of money thrown at it.

Basically you'll be a lot better off to change your images so that they are usable.

If you can't do that then it will be easier to create a new plugin that does what you want than changing the existing one - especially as that might create licence problems as well.
And if you really want it that way, then you absolutely NEED to provide the coordinates of which button goes from where to where, replacing your unliked manual placement with a manual telling of the button coordinates (which you'll probably dislike even more)...

@Andar I understand what you're trying to say and it's got me thinking a lot about this matter. However, it should be the same as Yanfly's Picture common events. I tried it and it worked. The pictures aren't solid throughout. They are icons with transparency (and transparent parts aren't considered) I didn't crop them so that I don't have to position them manually. If they were smaller, I'd have to calculate their coordinates and position them. (I wanted to use Yanfly's plugin first so I took it into consideration while making the images. Later, I realized there was no way to indicate that the mouse is hovering over the image which is why I decided not to use it.)

I don't really mind cropping them and all just so I can use the plugin. But that also leaves me with this whole grid thing. Grids are cool, yes. But I don't have any control on them. I want to show 4 pictures. And due to this grid thing, the pictures might be shown at any position in the y axis (I have no control over it), and at any position in the x axis.

I realize there might be licensing problems... I'll leave this one I suppose...sadly. I'll find another way. Thank you.

Edit: Ooh I must be lucky today. Already found a solution ^^

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
Sadly I don't know how that would be possible so I would be needing help! If you can help me in any way I would really apreciate it!
