I feel like my character and enemy (animated enemies) death/knockout sprites are wasted, being that they perform the same way (looped 3 frame animation) while the character is dead.  Would it be possible to modify the handling of the sprites when a character is dead to make use of those three frames to have an animation of the character dying/falling down, with the final frame of the three basically ending the animation and becoming a static "dead" body image at that point.  I believe this would allow artists to come up with some nice transitional animations for enemies and characters dying rather than the straight "standing to laying on group" setup we have now, which occurs in one frame.  If this doesn't make sense, I will make a graphic to illustrate it.

I don't mind the SV Actor sprites, however I agree totally if we were talking about the Damage sprites. As much as I love MV so far, I don't like that the Damage Character sprites are always the "lying down on stomach" one, when in past versions they varied: some on their backs, their fronts, their sides, some faced the camera, some didn't, you could open their eyes or keep them closed... this was also good for sleeping sprites as well.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
