RMMV MOG Char Particle Effects - Particles priority (layer) tied to event. Seeking help to make it independent.

Hello.

As said in the title, I'm seeking help from someone to modify this MOG script to allow particles to be displayed on one of the 3 layers, independently of the event layer.

Plugin commands includes: "EVENT_ID : MODE : POWER : BLEND : X : Y : POSITION : FILENAME", but there's no option for the layer. It can create the problem shown in attached picture, even in the MOG Master demo.
The event is set to priority "same as characters", and its particles won't go over top tiles.
Similar problems can occur where "below characters" won't make the particles go under some wall tiles for exemple.

So I'm practicing ITC with a spirit box, and decide to try to contact my deceased soulmate. It actually gave me multiple identifiers. Been scratching away at my game and making progress, but just had a revelation. I'm working in full screen and adjusting all my pictures accordingly, but will they resize if someone's screen is smaller?? I hope this doesn't turn out to be a problem later.
