Just like MOG_PictureGallery, this plugin will not reflect the changes after save data is created.
MOG fast travel plugin won't add newly created travel points to the game, a complete game restart is required.
Lucky for mog_picturegallery I found a fix.

But not for fast travel. I tried making a patch myself, but it doesn't work somehow. Could someone help me? I'll pay through PayPal if needed.

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
