RMMZ MOG Weather EX, Butterfly Effect?

Hello, long story short I have MOG's plugin and noticed in the weather folder there is a butterfly, it looks like it can have an animation of the wings opening and closing, but for the life of me I can't figure out WHICH of the weather effects make it work. Does anyone have the answer for this? I'll show the butterfly I'm talking about.

MOG_Weather_EX (RPGMaker MV version) has the ability to generate animated particles from a sprite sheet.
However, the MZ version of Weather_EX does not seem to have that functionality implemented.
