Hi everybody,

sorry for my english in advance, i am working in my own game and am testing this plugin for battles.

I like it but it seems a bit fair in animations for the actors (5) show image:
Idle - Object received or spell magic received - Attack - Hurt - Dead

I would love to be able to add more images and more states, such as: Magic Attack, Defense, Use Object, Low life, Special Skill, etc...

It is possible ?

And second question: everything mentioned above can applicable to enemies picture ?

I hope my doubts have been understood.

Anybody have idea about included more face frame, i think this change is powerfull. Is nobody interested ?

I dont use the plugin, because I use mine on a different way.
I dont know how faces are implented, adding in the list might be
doable, reading them which is not available might crash.

but do you use MV or MZ? because those might have different
functions, so we have to know what version you use in order to get help
for modifying the plugin.

i am using MV, i attached a example file for the actor. The plugin uses the attack face frame for: attack, guard, use item, magic skill... this could be richer if you could change the face frame for each different action. I think this can make the battles more interactive.

I can look how its done with the faces, but cannot promise the edit,
because I'm still learning JS, and didn't deal with the battle part yet.

but I got the say, I love the idea of your setup.
but the current frame is 5, so each battler need 5 frames, if increased to
11, than each actor needs 11. but adjusting that to a parameter is doable,
setting up the others is a question of how too.

I will take a look, but I cannot tell if it works or not, but it might not be doable
for me in my current state of knowldge.

anyone with more knowledge can impliment it far faster, so I hope someone
will add it for you.

I saved the images for reference and see if I can figure it out.
(no guarantee on my side though), but I really like your idea.

which battle hud do you use exactly (out of 12)?

Thank you very much ShadowDragon, I really appreciate your interest. It is important to resolve this question as I am determined to use this form of combat in my game.

I was observing the js file, and I paid special attention to the sections that use the "face_frame" commands but my knowledge is very very low in programming. It seems that the plugin calls the frames when it loses hp, when the hp is lower than a certain percentage, when the actor takes hp from an enemy, when the actor receives life .....
I understand that for implement new face_frames these should be called when I activate the command to attack with magic, when I activate a skill, when I activate escape, when I use command use object, etc...

For example, as a first exercise, if you notice, the plugin uses the same face_frame when it receives damage as when it is low hp and these states are already differenced in plugin, so we already have there a difference of states that could be changed with a face_frame of (6) images, adding a new image when the actor is low hp. In this way we differentiate when the actor is injured from when the actor is on low hp.

I think with 11 face frames per actor it's pretty much all the necessary battle actions. Any very special skill can be called with another plugin.
