After a troublesome couple of weeks and a trollish April Fools, I am finally releasing BETA 1! I've revamped a few things about the game. Here's a quick peek of things you'll find:

1a. Changed flower events so that they only give petals ONCE, but they respawn within 7 in-game days.
1b. Changed Drunk in Makers Meet n' Greet to having him charge for important info.
1c. Upgraded Inspiration System.
1d. Rewrote many story elements Edited the Opening to reflect that.
1e. Added images to the Help System.
1f. Added Traits to the game.
1g. Updated Character Set for both the FUNK-Gus and Treant Bosses.
1h. Upgraded images in Opening and Making system.
1i. Made it easier to Make at least one more Monstructs before leaving Kaire Village.

2a. Fixed functions in the in Help system.
2b. Fixed Party reviving after battle glitch.
2c. Fixed Healing error after the first major battle.
2d. Fixed grammar errors in important scenes/systems.

2f. Fixed errors in Monstructs selection on Caste Masters Map

Some time has past, but I'm happy to say that my latest BETA is available to play!:rock-left::guffaw::rock-right: **OP UPDATED WITH NEW DOWNLOAD LINKS**
This update mostly centers around battling and the general experience of it. I'm working towards making the game more fun and less grindy in feeling. So with that in mind, here's what's new under the hood!

The HP/SP/Name Displays for the Party and Enemy have been updated to better match the different new mechanics that were added. Personally, I think it looks better.



The Monstructs's skill sets have been changed to allow more variety and strategy. Just felt like I saw too many of the same skills over and over.



Now for the best part

Two new mechanics were added/reworked to give the player something cool to find and enjoy (hopefully). These will be unlocked as you get later in the game.

ENHANCEMENTS: Depending on the accessory your Monstruct has equipped, they gain new forms and powers.


FUSIONS: Two Monstructs can temporarily unite to make a more powerful being! (this took me weeks to full conceptualize and execute this!)



ROGUE MONSTRUCTS: These are Monstructs that turned against their Makers (hence the EVIL colors). But fret not! If you have a handy, dandy Destruction Scroll, you can break them down for components to use/sell.

1b. Added a Choice for Gameplay Modes Regular and Challenging at beginning of game.

1d. Updated Damage to battles less grindy (hopefully).
1e. Made parties of "Rogue Monstructs" with different colors to denote their EVIL!

1h. You can now use Destruction Scrolls to break down Rogue Monstructs into components.
1i. Updated the Party/Enemy UI for better appearance.

After a bit of stumbling. bumbling and fumbling, I made a NEW trailer. It's a bit more theatrical, but not bad.

Ssssoooo... I know it has been FOREVER since my last post, but I have made more progress on this game.
I'm happy to ANNOUNCE that I've reached EARLY ACCESS in the project's development!

I've just released it on Itch's Holiday Sale in a bundle with another project!

Succesfully finished a quest of saving my kitty who fell from a wall!

Final sprint for me, although a long one. If everything goes well, I'll graduate by the end of the year. Then I'll have to take the Bar classes and exams (4 months), then I'm off to practicing law (as an intern for 6 months, paid of course, then I'll be a full fledged attorney).
I think there is something wrong with my cat. He is acting CATatonic.
