Moogle Equip Skill System - Multiple Costs

Currently using Moogle's Equip Skill System, was wondering if there was a way to set another cost. By default, you can set actors to have an equip limit, with each skill having its own equip cost, but I want to differentiate costs between Active abilities (Using the default equip cost) and Passive abilities (With a custom PP cost that would work in the exact same way.)

I tried to clone the entire Plugin like I did with some others in my project, but it's a bit too complex for that.

Anyone got any ideas?
