More powerful weather?

I'm trying to have a part of my game with a ferocious blizzard. Even at max "power", it's pretty weak. Is there a way in engine to juice up the power more? Or do I need a plugin for that?

You will need a plugin for that. Try Mog Plugins. The blog is currently down, however the download to the demo should work. The demo showcases all the plugins Mog has created. Weather effects are one of the plugins.
