I know there is a section of this site where you can buy different packs of tiles and enemies but is there any section here where there are maybe free content to add to my game? I am looking for a character that looks like an assassin since he will be the main character. Thanks for any help you can give me!

Go down to the "Resource Showcase" section and you'll have to do some digging around. Most artists who post their stuff state whether or not you could use their stuff for non-commerical games or if you have to pay them to use the graphics commercially.

There are some wonderful tutorials in this forum depending on which RPG MAKER program you're using.
