Mouse Script with clickable areas or pictures

Hi,

I really need a script like the Mouse System EX with clickable areas or pictures.

My game is only playable with mouse and there a some regions in my UI that have to be clickable.

Hope you can help me.

It's very important. :3

Edit: Easier would be to click on the pictures instead of declaring a region.
