RMMV Mouse Scroll Button Plugin

I looked around and haven't found anything similiar, on RPG Maker vx ace I could assign a common event when clicking the scroll button using a script.

I'm looking for a plugin that allows me to do the same on MV. I don't really care about scrolling up and down, I just need the button click. If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be truly appriciated.
