I'm a super-novice with this program, and I'm trying to figure out how to make a big piano follow me around. I know how to make an event follow me, but how do I make it so that the entire piano, which is 3x2 squares, acts as one event?

Put the piano into a character sheet and use it in an event, rather than using the tileset.

You'd need an external program that manipulates images, such as Photoshop, GIMP or Paint.NET, and be sure to have the correct size for the characterset.

So if your piano is 64 pixels wide, and 64 pixels tall as well, you need to multiply the width by 3, and the length by 4, to get the correct dimensions for the characterset (sprites are divided in 12 cells, hence the 3x4 dimensions). So your end image would be 192 x 256 pixels. You align the piano in one of the cells, or put them in all of them if you'd like.

so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. :kaojoy:
Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
