I have split your post into its own thread. The FAQ is not the place to ask questions - it is the place to see if your question already has an answer, and if it doesn't you need to post a NEW thread. Otherwise we will only have one thread in this forum.

Please show us a screenshot of your event - the whole window, not just the list of commands. There could be several reasons, but without seeing it, we could only guess.

I am also having a problem with movie not playing.  The movie file is in ogv format.  I have attached screen shot of code.  Thanks for any insight.

The movie file is in ogv format.
Both of you are talking about the file format you've used, but neither of you said which codec you used for the compression.

RM needs very specific codecs as it doesn't have the decoders for every compression.

In case of MV, movies need to be MP4 with the h.264 codec

In case of Ace, movies need to be OGV with one of the theora codecs.

Both of you, please check which codecs you used when creating the movie files.

Inside the documentation, there is another folder called documentation. Inside that folder is a section titled Asset Standards. That is where the specifications are shown. A little hard to find without a search engine in the documentation though.

The documentation says that you need the WebM format if you plan to release for installation on Windows or Mac OS X.  The instructions also say the for web distribution or Android /iOS both the MP4 and the WebM are required (though I do not know if MV automatically picks the right one to play or if we need to script something ourselves to detect where the game is being played.)

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
Sadly I don't know how that would be possible so I would be needing help! If you can help me in any way I would really apreciate it!
