Moving Platforms?

As the title says, I would like a plugin that adds moving platforms that the player doesn't have to move to stay on, protects player from Damaging floors, and the player can walk from 1 platform to another while its moving. If anyone is able to make this it would be so much appreciated! Happy Game Making Everyone!

I would be interested in moving platforms, as I have a need for using a raft to cross a river.
