Multi Monitor Bug?

When I open MV the windows re position themselves in the wrong monitor.  I have a 5 monitor setup and the following occurs. 


Menu Doesn't Work unless you click it twice then it re positions itself correctly. 


Database and other windows always open with the top of the window positioned to the bottom of the window.


is there anyway to fix this?

Do you have the latest version of MV?  I have three monitors and had this issue previously, but the latest version says this has been fixed.
