Multi-Snippet Request: Final Fantasy Support Abilities

Good Morning / Day / Afternoon / Evening everyone.

I have a request for a few snippets that replicate some support abilities based the Final Fantasy games

The requests are the following:

MP Turbo - A state that increases normal attack damage but costs a percentage of MP, with a option of percentage, the stronger the attack the more MP it costs;
Final Critical - A state that let's a battler land a critical hit on the enemy battler just before the same enemy battler kills the actor, with an option for a percentage for lower of higher chance that the action itself will be performed;
HP -> MP - A state which switches up the HP and MP paramaters of actors;
Return Skill - A state which lets an actor counter with a spell used against them (they don't have to know the spell or hav it in their inventory) This is different from reflected magic, with an option for which skill types can be "returned";
Skill Booster - A state which increases damage by skills by increasing the MP Cost, with an option for which skill types can this booster be applied to.
Display Attack Animation when actor counterattacking - This is an issue that I've been having because by default VX Ace doesn't seem to display any animation when actors counterattack. I want the attack animation to be displayed.

I appreciate whatever help you guys can provide for me.

I know the HP<->MP thing is a part of Victor Sant's Materia script.

For the Return Skill, you can use Victor's Counter Options script, using the following notetag:
Ruby:
# <counter same skill>
#   Counter the skill with the same skill used.
Will that display the animation of the skill?

This is something that's bothering me, VXACe doesn't seem to display any attack animation for the actor counterattacking... is there a way to fix this?

I'm not sure, why don't you try it out and see? It looks like it does.

In this case it does. Thank you.

However, talking about the default counter system, it doesn't seem to display any animation at all when actors counterattack...

I went through the script and the demo and couldn't find the effect....
