i made a guild hall at the start of the game because i felt it was realy repetitive until a sertain level but i want the guild to have a welcoming atmosphear like the fairy tail anime where members go every day to hang out and find work, so i want the person giving out quests to be able to give multiple quests.

for context im using show choice of two quests

when i compleat a quest it add's one a another variable and when it reaches 2 the player must talk to the person next to the quest giver to activate a switch to advance the next page for the quest giver where i want to add another set of quests and so on.

the problem is i can loop the first quest again so how do i turn compleated quests off without adding to the compleation variable or moving to the next page?

It's very difficult to give tips on questions like yours. There are so many ways how to understand and implement topics like quest NPCs, so it's defacto impossible for others to give you the solution that is 100% as you wish. I think every game designer has to learn on their own how variables and switches work.

You could use two switches, one for each quest, and not use variables. Using Forks you can iterate through all combinations of switch1 ON OFF and switch2 ON OFF and show messages and choices respectively.

To give an answer to your question:
yes, it is possible to have one event handle multiple quests - even more than two.
It just takes care in designing the logic, and an event with twenty possible quests is more difficult to design than one with one or two quests.

That said, the how to do that depends on how the quests themselves are made, and we can't even guess which way would be best for you without seeing a screenshot of how you already handle the quests.

i kinda got it working but it looks a little messy

when i select an option is makes a check for a variable you recive from that quest, if it is met it will lable jump to a line that conferms that you have already compleated the questUntitled.jpg

the first tries on complex events always look messy, it takes experience to know how to streamline logic.
if you want help with that you'll need to give us screenshots of the event you have made (the commands and pages and so on)

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
