So, recently I purchased the "RPG Maker MV - POP! Horror City" DLC on Steam (was on sale btw) and I noticed that this was in the files:
    upload_2019-7-4_19-41-43.png
Multiple tiles for the same category (e.g there are 2 of the TileB images) however, rpg maker mv doesn't allow me to extend the tilesets, unlike some of the other makers. Maybe I am missing something? I really want to have both TileB images on the actual B section of the tileset.

Sorry if this was confusing and I don't know if this has been asked before :kaoback:

I just realised that this may be in the wrong thread section as this may not be considered as "tech support" sorry for the inconvenience

Yep, belongs more in product discussion and support. I'll put it there.

As for why it does that, it is so you can mix and match different groups of tiles. You're not expected to use more than just one A1, A2, A3, etc, but the other options are for other cases. It's like how you have multiple A2 already in the engine, one for interior, one for exterior and one for dungeons.

    to use 2x B tileset, you can also exclude a C, D or E so you have basicly B B D E while the 2nd B counts for C.
B-E tiles can be in any order though.

In your database, under tilesets, you can create multiple sets. You can assign the set you want to use in the map properties.

Even the default tiles do this as you likely aren’t going to need trees and bushes in a home interior.
