Multiple Trials/Unused Trial

For the longest time, I'd been using Windows Vista, and therefore could not use MV. I went somewhere that I could use MV and installed it on that PC, but only used one day of the trial. I recently got a Windows 10 laptop and installed it on here. I used 5 days of the trial then reset my PC for other reasons, and when I reinstalled MV I got the full 20 day trial back. What do I do here? Do I continue with my full trial, only use the remaining 15 days, or not use the trial whatsoever?
