I would like to present you my game Museum.


My game was formerly developed with RPGMaker Ace, and it's actually "pushed" it to MV.


It will be available in french and in english

@BloodletterQ: Hi ^^ Yes, this is paralllax mapping. I've used this technique in  a lot of map in this game. I love it!


I'm still working on the game, and now working on busts! I'm definitely in love with Disney's style, and tried to adapt it to my game!

But I think the text could use some more love. The textbox is kinda boring and also is the editing and font.


Sadly typograhpy always has been one of my weak spots, too, but an improvement in this section would help your game to look even more awesome for sure.


The frames you used on those portraits in the trailer are awesome, maybe you should got for a textframe that in a similar director but a little less complex?


And maybe choose a darker, more desaturated redish-brown-bordeaux-lilac color for the background, to build up on the atmosphere, right now the text box feels to colorful for the setting. At least in my opinion

You are absolutely right! I did what you've suggested, and here is the result (before/after)! I love it, it's a more designed messagebox! More desaturate, and with some grungy background texture.


I'm now working on adding some "unfurgettable" pets (cat, rabbit, and so), to help you in your journey into the Museum.

It's very short, but it's an introduction of the story, and a teaser to the whole story! I jut would like to know if "the testers" feel involved into the story, and like the musical and dark atmosphere of the game!

Hello Purplehills!


I'm sorry, I really wanted to try your demo and give you feedback, but the combo "old PC" & "RPG MV" just doesn't work.


I have 5 frames per second on an empty map. Even the menu runs at 20 fps max. Sorry, I can't play in these conditions.

I'll have to wait until I buy a new computer and maybe the full game will be out by then!
