Music Question

I'm having a hard time trying to find non-copyrighted/royalty-free music for my RPG MV remake of a rather popular (at least in Miiverse's userbase before it closed) RPG I had made on RPG Maker Fes, but everywhere I try, the site either asks me to pay a fee I can't begin to scrounge for, have me sign in, or (in the worst case so far) the site claims its music is royalty free and uncopyrighted, only for YouTube to tell me that the song actually had copyrights the site failed to mention. Then I remembered I had bought RPG Maker Fes Limited Edition, which comes with the soundtrack CD, which in the back of the front cover it has the line "The music on this disc cannot be used for personal or commercial projects, except on other RPG Maker software" or something like that. Does that mean I am allowed to use the music from Fes in a commercial product made with MV, since I own Fes, or where do I stand with this?

It doesn't hurt to ask. I just wish Fes had more *ahem* hard-rock-esque music... Especially since the main villain can be sightly stereotypically edgy- to the point the main cast crack jokes at him about it at times... I have thought of using YouTube Audio Library, but not all of the music in the hard-rock category on that Library really fit what I would need... Man, music is being the hardest part of game design for me...

You should also look around in the resource showcase. There are lots of composers offering royalty-free music here.
