MV - Can I turn off square function?

When i click the map with the mouse, the white square flashes and the actors moves there.
Can I turn off this square function?
I want to keep this square out of sighted.

I'm not sure if you need this for MV or MZ. (I know the title says MV, but your primarily uses is MZ.)

I believe Galemereth had a plugin that did this for MV. I'm not sure if it would work for MZ or not.
