I was wondering if anyone competent in the ways of making things was working on parts we could potentially put on our sprites?

The silence means "no, busy with other stuff".  MV is very new, it's going to take some time for there to be lots of resources for it.

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
