[MV] Need some help finding a certain battleback plugin.

Hey all! Back in VX Ace, there was a plugin that distorted the battle backgrounds with a sort of heat wave effect, https://www.gjtorikian.com/Earthbound-Battle-Backgrounds-JS/ this website does a similar thing, while this video demonstrates it in action. I believe it was made by Moghunter. Anyways, I've searched literally every last battle background animation for MV, yet not a single one has this effect. They all have just plain scrolling, and I can't do frame animation as that would take actual years. Please help!
