Hi,

I know this is a pretty stupid question, but I will ask anyway.

So here is the story:

My laptop is getting heavy (may be just me, but I don't stay in one place for too long) and I am thinking of buying tablet or may be small notebook.

Then I saw a tablet ( 1920 x 1200 display) with Intel Bay Trail-T 3736F 64bit Quad-core processor and 2 GB DDR3 memory comes with win 8.1 installed complete with keyboard docking. Will I be able to install and run RMMV from this tablet?

Then at another time, I saw a small laptop ( 1366 x 768 display) with Intel Atom Z3735F 1.83GHz  quad core processor, intel HD graphic, and 2 GB DDR3 memory comes with win 10 home installed. Will I be able to install and run RMMV from this tablet?

I see that RMMV needs intel core2 duo and a minimum of 2 GB ram to run, but.....I am not sure if item atom quad core is any better than intel core2 duo....and I don't even know if it can run on tablet or not~~

Thanks for at least reading

RMMV
Atom Processors are optimized for low power consumption - which means they're also a lot slower than regular core2 processors.

As for the other tablet - If a computer with that screen size is called a tablet, then I suspect it has a high-density but small screen, and MV doesn't scale the editor. You'll have to try it out, but there is a high chance that the editor will be too small to read the texts on that tablet, unless it has a really big screen.

I would not try a device with only 2gb of ram.  Especially if you are wanting to work with plugins and such.  You would do better to find a small laptop with at leat 4 gb, if not 8 for RPG Maker, especially with Win 8 or higher.  It may run on one of those, but it would not be good in any way, shape, or form.

Yay, now back in action Happy Christmas time, coming back!

Back in action to develop the indie game that has been long overdue... Final Fallacy. A game that keeps on giving! The development never ends as the developer thinks to be the smart cookie by coming back and beginning by saying... "Oh bother, this indie game has been long overdue..." How could one resist such? No-one c
So I was playing with filters and this looked interesting...

Versus the normal look...

Kind of gives a very different feel. :LZSexcite:
To whom ever person or persons who re-did the DS/DS+ asset packs for MV (as in, they are all 48x48, and not just x2 the pixel scale) .... THANK-YOU!!!!!!!!! XwwwwX
