[MV]Resurrect limit to certain type of actor [solved]

In my game there are 2 type of units, vehicle and biology unit.
So when the vehicle units are dead they can only be revive by repair kits/skill.
when biology unit dead they can only revive by medic/skill.
How could I do this?

There are two plugins that will help you do this. HimeWorks' Effect Conditions will let your effects only work on certain targets, in and out of combat.

And Yanfly's Selection Control will make it look better in battle, so the player can't select an ineligible target.

If you want to restrict which party members can be targeted with certain skills you will probably need to use a plugin/script for this, like ATT_Turan suggested.

If you only want to ensure that mechanical units cannot be revived by medical skills, you could solve that by using the damage formula and two different elements for your reviving skills and make one group immune to "mechanical" and one to "medical" skills.

Actors are revived if you heal them, so you don't have to explicitely make your skill remove the death state.

Yea I did that to the recovery skills, but there is only 1 knockout state for ko party members.

Do you mean revive them but leave them with 0 hp?

he probably means make a skill that targets dead actors and just cure them. as soon as they recover at least 1 hp they "should" be alive again.
