MV Seras Victoria (Ultimate)

Greetings everyone (Forgive me, I am truly concerned I am not making a formal enough request), 


I have been looking for years across many different RPGMaker engines to find a very specific map charset for a specific character from one of my fav Animes of all time.


And so recently, I've been really busy and have been unable to make this specific spriteset myself. Who is it of? Well...

I've been a rather huge fan of Hellsing for quite some time and I'm in need of a charset of this character. (I took that image from deviant art, yes. Left the artists signature in there.).


So what im specifically looking for is 2 MV styled charsets.


One of her moving and one of her standing still.


Why 2?


Seras' "Arm" is always constantly moving like a flame so simulating that movement would be amazing if on one charset she would be standing still (facing the 4 mandatory directions that are coupled with MV) and have the "Arm" alternate positions.


And have the second charset be her walking charset.


If the project is too much for one person to handle, I understand and under those circumstances I am willing to shift this into a commission.
