MV Style VX Ace Tileset

Hello!


I would like a tileset for VX Ace in the style of the MV default.


By MV Default, I mean bright colors with a hint of realism. Almost like watching a cartoon but a little more serious.


Below is an image of the game in which I am going to be using said tileset.

If you own MV as well, you could size down the tiles to use in Ace. Otherwise, I'd perhaps check out Celianna's tiles. Hers tend to be more brightly colored than the RTP.

Well, the free tileset is a little too dark for me, and I don't feel comfortable spending money to buy the other tilesets. That's why I was hoping someone could make me one.

Honestly, your best bet is to buy the MV set. The reason I say that is what you are asking for you might get if you pay $18000 (I'm not joking. See this post for more on why: http://pixanna.nl/uncategorized/on-the-subject-of-pricing-tiles/ ).


Basically, tiles take a really long time to make. If you want to get this fulfilled you will almost have to recruit someone to the project and/or pay them. Which is why we suggested MV, as $80 is a lot less than the $18000 to get a full custom tileset made.

You can't request someone to make you a whole tileset in this section. Resource Requests is for 1-2 small items - one or two tile pieces, 1-2 walking sprites, 1 face graphic, etc.


You have a few choices: post in Project Recruitment to see if a tileset maker will come on board with your project; post in the classifieds to hire someone to do it - though bgsillisp has linked you a post to what you could expect to pay for that; buy MV; or search the forums and internet for free tiles made for Ace that would fit the style you are looking for.
