My Event Won't Move.

I am really stuck on why my event isn't working and have been at it for hours. Some help would be appreciated.

I have an event that occurs when a player touches a square after the requirements have been met, as seen in the picture below:



This is the first page of the event next to the door. Nothing activates the player touch event until page 2.



This is page 2, starting the event:



Page 3:



Everything works fine until page 4 below. The event will move one space up and stop and that's it. There is nothing in the way of the movement and I have tried many different things and the character still will not move where I ask her to move.



What I am trying to do is have an event character walk into the room after the event touch processing and then the player character is supposed to walk to a certain area in the room and then the event character walks to another area of the room across from them and they're supposed to have a conversation.

There is nothing in the way to prevent the character from moving where their instructions are and everything works until the event player needs to move. Can someone see what is going wrong? Would greatly appreciate help.

There is no reason that I can see why you need to have separate pages (3 and 4) for this event, with all those switches.
Put the set move route command directly under the "...Come on in." and try putting the whole movement into one command, rather than separating them into 2 separate commands (unless there is a reason for the division which I can't see.)
Why do you have the command Walking Animation Off? Once the sprite reaches its destination it stands still, it's not like Stepping Animation where it looks like the sprite is jigging on the spot.

As a separate thing, when taking screenshots of an event, please use Alt+PrtSc then it will take a shot of the active window only. We don't need to see your desktop and it makes it much easier to read.

Just checking -
Is the first tile top left corner of your tile sheet B set to star? It must be.
Is there anything anywhere else (including in Common Events) that is triggered by switch 75? Could it be that an autorun event kicks in there, which will stop the player move?

I had the movements all under one event tab after the first inactive one, and it did not work at all. The player character would not move so I separated them into seperate events and I got the player character to move by doing this but the event character won't. I also made a separate event to do the tasks deleted and re deleted things and have been at this for hours and nothing is working to make the event character move along the path I set. The animation off was not there before it is just part of one of the many different things I have tried to make this event work.

I will check the top left corner when I get on the game tonight. The strange thing is I have changed the route of the event character to go right or down or up and every single time they move into one space (up, down, or right as set) and then completely stop. They also will not turn in the direction I put, if that is the next command. Turning on skipping and through objects does not work. I have no idea why they only do the first step of the command route and not the rest.

Switch 75 was made only to go to the next page of the event and is not being used elsewhere.

Just checked and there is a star on B tab in the corner. Running out of ideas on how to fix this. :(
