My friend is incompetent

me and my best friend crystal have been working on video games using rpg maker vx ace. we plan to sell the games on steam. however she has proven to be very incompetent. she is creative and a good game designer but she is lazy and has no ambition and always goes afk (away from keyboard") when we are working on our game while talking on skype. its very frustrating how she doesnt take this seriously like i do. she always makes me wait so long for her. also, im a boy and shes a girl just in case u were wondering. i could use her talent and creativity but she just lacks the ambition. wtf do i do???

Well....there isn't much thing to do...the girls are made so...they usually don't like games, like us. You just have to be patient.
