My game slowed down

So I was making my game and everything was fine, but then I added a city and now it's like at half speed. It's not laggy or anything, it's just slowed down. There are zero common events and zero parallel processes running. And like I said, it was running fine until I just added like 5 events. The map is not even that big. Is there an option for this I mistakenly pressed or what?

Show us screenshots of those event pages and we can tell you if something there can cause lag or slow down the game.

But without more info, we can't even guess - for example it might be a parallel process activated without your knowledge a lot of other causes.

Make sure the events don't contain a Loop that is not closed properly. That can lower FPS significantly, like it happened to me in my TP thread. The condition can end but the loop will still keep going since it's not a normal script/code where you just put the condition in brackets and if it doesn't meet the requirements in those, then it doesn't start the loop. xD

Also, do what Andar says.

Yeah, I think I fixed it. I think my computer must have gotten a little hot or something, since when I opened it today it was better.

same problem here but i dont use a strong pc...so i dont count...
im working the project without playtests :p pc gets real slow...
