My RM Youtube channel got suspended, dead?

Is okay to say this here? I'm just still in the shock now that I have read that they have decided to keep my account suspended after my appeal.
You know, I'm like no one special but I liked my channel and I had it for playing RM games, hours of hours like hundreds, me playing them and now I don't know If I can have it back

The reason is that I test played a game for someone and it had nudity and stuff, and I had forgotten to enable age restriction. It was unlisted and I found after the dev with unlisted link said it's been removed and didn't see it. some hours later the whole my channel suspended and I appealed saying that It was my mistake and this will never happen again, and they said no we keep it suspended.
Does anybody know what else can I say for a second appeal? Are they this much unforgiveness? I'm now super hopeless sad about my stuff gone and don't know if I can do anything

I'm sorry, but there is nothing you can do from here, except take a break and start over. YouTube is very strict about nudity. Even with age restriction, you would get in trouble when any nudity is shown.

youtube is extremely hypocritical. you search "nude yoga" and it shows HD thumbnails for the videos completely uncensored. Yeah you have to sign in to an account to watch them, but you can see some pretty graphic thumbnails. the fact that they so mercilessly discriminate is disgusting. make a youtube channel where you show games but one has nudity so you get shut down. make an entire channel with fully naked women stretching with their junk extremely visible in the thumb nail, oh well its "educational content" so thats fine.

Having two channels is not a bad idea!
I was considering to try other platforms, I checked some of them and they mostly had kinds of limitations mainly for total storage and number of videos for a free account.
I don't think Dailymotion has limitations but I couldn't upload a sample file. It failed for an error, an unknown reason even I tried different codecs
I find Dtube interesting as it supports crypto but limitation with 480p and maybe delete videos with few views after some months
In the end, only ok.ru and Facebook don't seem like to have limitation and thought to use a facebook page
Any suggestion?

you look into Bit Chute? pretty sure their whole platform is made for posting videos with the absolute minimum amount of limitations. I dont really know though, have not looked into it myself yet

I checked it last week, It's far-right website, that's dangerous. I mean left and centre are also dangerous but right is a little more.

Now that I've lost all hope to bring my channel back, I added a poll if anyone would like to vote or write if you have any other suggestion.
Maybe I make another YT channel in future but for the time being, I still haven't come along with the fact that my channel got suspended

Haha! *****ute is just free speech, not far right. Now, you'll obviously find a lot of people on the right there since they're the ones that have been kicked off the major platforms like YouTube due to the extreme censorship and left-wing bias of said platforms but um, hey, that's kind of the same boat you're in at the moment. You might be able to use that to your advantage over there as a lot of people on that platform may be sympathetic.

But assuming that your channel was pretty small, most RM YouTube channels are, starting up a new channel on YouTube may not be a huge setback. Hopefully you can build your subscriber count back up to what it was quickly.

wow, I wanted to add it to the poll and found that its name gets censored on the forum, then even its links are not gonna work right
btw I made there an account plus on Dailymotion and Facebook. Hopefully I found that I still have my videos of No Travel Game Jam and some of the Spooktober Spooktacular and I'm uploading them on Facebook and Dailymotion.

I'd start a new channel on youtube since they're the biggest and wont get bought out by anyone.

I have an idea for you if you make another channel and you want to play a game and make a video of it make sure to private the video first and not public, this way you can edit the game and cut the nudity stuff off before sending posting it...or another way is getting enough info about the game without spoiling the game too much...

All other videos that I had on my channel wherefrom games created by members here that they should follow the forum's rules so none of them could have nudity, I mean on public It was a normal channel unless this time which I didn't know a video that was unlisted and no one had yet viewed could be such a serious that even me saying it was unintentional, it would still consider a serve abuse with no return
The other bad thing about it is I can't even log in with that email there which was my main email. Normally if your account has a channel there you can delete it anytime and make a new one and gives a new address.

Bit Chute (without the space, but censorship, lol) and Odysee are good alternatives too, with much less restrictions than Youtube. Honestly, Youtube sucks nowadays. The only reason to still use it is that it's still the place where most people upload content on, but I'm fine with using other platforms too.

They have a strike system which limits the account and channel for a week or so, up to 3 times which can be reset after 90 days. but in some cases if they see it as serve abuse they suspend in one shot

I tweeted when I saw the trend about Google and YT having some issue with their hashtags just for saying that
Days later I tweet to @TeamYouTube and said they check the appeal carefully and if it's rejected nothing else can be done

man screw these puritanical hypocrites so much; how can this possibly be a "one strike and you're out" system?? "The West" (which is where I'm from lol) has always been so authoritarian and prudish about nudity it's already super absurd in the face of the fact that youtube are exploitative crooks w/ looser morals than Dick Nixon but I'd bet money you can find a video of someone getting freaking decapitated or w/e on YouTube that's not even age restricted inside of five minutes.
