Hey awesome people!

I initially was looking for help for a friend using VX (as I went from XP to MV and skipped VX), signed up to the forum and then ended up solving his problem by Trial & Error... So technically I no longer need to be here...

Although... I spotted a thread which had a 'similar problem' and I thought 'Hey, I can share my findings!' - so I was going to post on there to share my approach and then realised the thread was over 30 days old... I didn't want my first appearance to be a necro post

So... I just set up my profile even though I will most likely forget about this place... But then, I became somewhat (pleasantly) overwhelmed realising how big this community actually is! - I've been using RPG Maker since the RM2000 days and I'm usually a 'hide in the shadows rarely wanting to ask anyone for help' kinda guy, so I've been completely unaware of any dedicated community!...

I hope I don't forget this forum - I'm rubbish at Story and making Pretty Areas but I'm very good with Problem Solving, Logic, Programming & Eventing and would be more than happy to be of help to anyone that might need it!

Many thanks! - The people here certainly know what they are talking about, this is always a breath of fresh air for me as I'm usually the one helping people - it feels nice to be on the recieving end

I hope I can be of use to someone else here and contribute to the overall hive-mind
