You find yourself lying down on the humid grass.
With a steady shake of your head, you look around your surroundings.
It's almost morning, but the fog is so thick, you can't see anything.
"Where am I? Where is this place?"
Those questions swirl around your head.
You turn your head because of the quick sudden noise.
A figure of a person was visible. You can't make out the physical features.
"Will you be willing to take on a task?"
The person asks...
Before you could ask any questions, the person throws a scroll.
Catching it while fumbling, the person disappears without a trace.
You grumble beneath your breath and start reading.
To our dearest members of this community, you have been chosen to perform a task that not many can accomplish. "What is it?" you must be wondering. You have been given the task to create a game that is about solving a mystery. What kind of mystery is it? Well now, that wouldn't be fun if I give you one! There's no mystery in that at all! Surprise me.
Of course you're not alone in this task, the top 3 participants that managed to appease me will get a prize. Oh? You're surprised that there's more involved in this play? Of course there are. It wouldn't be fun if there's no challenge, no?
But let's not get ahead of ourselves.
1) Your entry should be about solving a mystery. The Timeline doesn't matter.
Still not sure what to do? Oh dear, Maybe I should give you some hints~
Maybe the king's son was murdered by one of his knights and the blame was put on you.
Or perhaps a group of young kids decided to enter an abandoned house and found there's more to it that meets the eye.
2) Your entry must be made in a legal RPG Maker engine or IGM.
3) You must provide credits for any non-RPG Maker material. No rips are allowed. Please make sure you have permission to use any external resources in your projects.
4) There must be at least 20 minutes worth of gameplay.
5) Judges must have an unencrypted version of your entry. If you don't want your unencrypted entry to be made public, please pm it to me (Archeia_Nessiah) before Sunday, September 21 at midnight (GMT+9:30).
6) You may create an entry thread at any point and update it accordingly once a sub forum is up. The project version that's in your thread at the deadline will be counted as the final entry.
7) You're not allowed to submit a game that you were already working on from the past.

Your works will be judged by an anonymous group of people. It won't be fun if you know who we are~
1) Are teams allowed?
- An interesting question. Teams are definitely allowed. However, you must remember that you will only get 1 prize for the entire team. (for example, you will receive only one activation code for Ace and you will choose to which of your team members it goes).
2) Can I have more than one entry?
- Oh dear, unfortunately you can only submit one.
