DreamX has a Plugin called "Capture Enemies" which allows you to capture the enemies you fight and add them to your party to fight alongside the hero.

I am searching for a plugin that would work as either an addition to this one, or alongside it, that allows the player to name the newly created individual members of their party.
Say, for example that the hero catches two slimes. I would like for the hero to be able to name one slime ooey and the other slime gooey. The hero would then have two separate copies of the same actor (the slime) with unique nicknames.
This would allow for more customization of the party by the player, and help them feel more connected to the monsters they catch!
While not necessary in games without multiple copies of actors as there is a function to change actors names in the editor, depending on how the plugin is set-up it could still be a benefit to games without copies of actors. By changing the nickname from the menu screen, for example, the developer/creator would no longer have to worry about setting up events and conditional branches to name all their actors. It could also be useful for letting the player change nicknames of actors multiple times throughout the story if they so desire without the developer having to set that up as well. While not necessary for the plugin I'm requesting these features may help the plugin see more widespread use as anyone who allows the player to name actors in their game could benefit!
Hopefully this all made sense! If anyone has any questions don't hesitate to ask!
