@TeiRaven
And congratulations to you too! Man, I'm jealous of the commitment you and @Marsigne managed during this November. Mostly because I didn't manage, but oh well. What doesn't kill us makes us stronger... or something? I surely hope so because then I'm on my way to be the worlds strongest any day now!
And I'm very glad that you two made it at the very least.
I've never heard of NaNoWriMo Camp or anything? I only just found out about NaNoWriMo a day or so before I created this thread. It's very new to me, and so is writing this kind of fiction. Given I've written "a lot" of stuff before, dialogue included, I've never really written anything like a book so the process have been slow but I've learned a lot.
Anyway, I'll look into what it is. Any excuse to inspire me to write more sounds interesting... And so does the NaNoWriMo RPG, that's an RPGmaker game the world needs! Maybe it's something that should be made as a joint project or something?
@Marquise*
I feel you. I too had (several) real life problems to take care of this month, but at the same time I don't want to use them as excuses for myself. It wasn't a perfect month for me to write, that's no lie. But could I have done better? Yeah, of course I could! ....damn perfectionist monster!
..ah... Not you! I'm talking to the one inside my head.
But for what it's worth. I'm going to go out guns blazing! If you have the time to spare today, would you join me @Marquise* ?
It's more or less humanly impossible for me to make the 50k mark since there is ~7 hours left until December... and I also have a cold which have kept me in bed for two days now (although it's getting better now). That being said, even though I won't make the 50k and I can't (and probably shouldn't) write for 7 hours straight - how much can I manage in these last hours? I dunno, let's find out (after the deadline)!
mmrrrRRAARRRRGGH! (Desperate battle cry of a wounded hero... charging into battle.)
